How it works
- 1Reads new listings from Rightmove
- 2Judges each home’s condition from its photos
- 3Finds comparable sold prices nearby
- 4Runs the numbers through the client’s own appraisal
- 5Shortlists the deals worth a viewing
We started by learning how each client already judges a deal: what they buy, what they walk away from, and the spreadsheet they trust. The pipeline uses that same appraisal method, so the numbers come out the way they expect. For an adviser at DDRE Global it screens Prime Central London homes worth renovating. For Palomens it checks listings against their rental strategy.
In Prime Central London alone it has screened around 90 listings and costed 30 in full: by our estimate, two working weeks of desk research.
